I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. The design touches and comfortable bed made it a cozy place to unwind after a day of exploring the busy neighborhood. The location above a quiet pub added to the overall charm of the hotel.
All was fine during my stay - no complaints.

Despite the noise, the hotel's location in the trendy area was a major highlight. It is conveniently right near Aldgate East tube station at the bottom of Brick Lane, making it easy to explore the vibrant city. The room was clean, and the friendly staff were attentive to detail with everything, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, and the rooftop provided a nice view of the surrounding area.
Our stay at the hotel was overshadowed by the noisy area, as we were unlucky to be there during nighttime roadworks which were loud and disruptive.

The Buxton on Brick Lane is a trendy, boutique-style hotel with a great location in the vibrant Shoreditch area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean, cosy, and well-decorated. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a good range of choices and delicious food. The hotel also had a lovely roof terrace exclusively for guests, offering stunning views and a perfect spot to enjoy a drink. The location is convenient, close to the Whitechapel gallery and easily accessible by tube.
Felt completely relaxed, no complaints at all.

Immaculate hotel with tastefully appointed rooms and quality furnishings. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location close to Aldgate East Station and the Whitechapel Gallery. Delicious cooked breakfast with vegan options. Lovely rooftop garden and pub downstairs.

I had a fantastic stay at The Buxton in London. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were very good too make sure I had a comfortable stay. The room was small, but it had everything I needed and was very clean. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The only downside was the noise from the pub below, but it was manageable with the windows closed. I highly recommend The Buxton for its great value and excellent service.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient and quiet, awesome for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The hotel had a charming atmosphere and was recently remodeled.
